DEFINITIONS

Quiet Time
Time that is devoted exclusively to communing with God when you are relaxed, alone and involved in no other activitiy. Quiet time should generally include Bible reading, prayer, and listening to God.

Discipleship
A relationship in which 2 people meet regularly to learn about what Christ has commanded fully devoted followers to do. One person is the discipler (teacher) and one is the disciple (learner).

Accountability Partner
Two people meet or talk regularly to encourage one another to obey Christ's commandments.

Mentoring
A relationship in which two people meet or talk regularly and one person (mentor) trains/guides the other (mentoree) to develop skills to obey Christ's commandments for use in the body of Christ.

Stronghold
An area of your life in which you are repeatedly unable or unwilling to do what God wants you to do.

Service
Use of your spritual gifts for edifying (building up) the body of Christ and or/evangelizing the lost.
